We are Stan and Andy, both ex British Army Veterans with a combined service of 54 years in various theatres and operations around the World including Iraq and Afghanistan. Andy and I both love being outdoors and as such inspired us to form Stan Outside so we can offer various outdoor activities to get people, of all ages, outside and not only get back to nature but also get back to themselves

We are called Stan Outside because it’s a play on our names: ST for Stan and AN for Andy = STAN. As we both love being outdoors it was logical to add OUTSIDE  to enhance the point which gave us STAN OUTSIDE.

The reality of being outdoors is being able to look after yourself should you get injured, or if you come across someone who themselves are injured, which is why we decided to also offer a full range of First Aid Training Courses through our lead instructor Aynsley. He has a vast experience in real time first aid situations.
