Be Prepared for the Great Outdoors

Whether you’re an adventurer, a wilderness enthusiast, or simply someone who enjoys spending time in nature, our courses are designed to equip you with the vital skills needed to handle medical emergencies in remote settings.
Why Take an Outdoor First Aid Course?
When you venture into the great outdoors, whether for hiking, camping, or mountaineering, you often find yourself far from immediate medical help. Knowing how to respond to injuries and illnesses in these settings can be crucial. Our Outdoor First Aid Courses teach you to:
Recognise and manage common outdoor injuries: From minor cuts and bruises to more severe injuries like fractures and sprains.
Handle medical emergencies: Such as hypothermia, heatstroke, and altitude sickness.
Use first aid equipment effectively: Including how to improvise with available materials when necessary.
Perform essential techniques: Such as CPR, wound dressing, and splinting.
